Luca Gechelin

Rapper artist from Treviso Tommy Wise asked me and Riccardo to make a music video for his song Dark, inspired by the Netflix series by the same name. We had never seen the thing, so we binged the first season together and wrote down his journey through nature to find his inspiration and then plant it in his past. Through editing we wanted to make refernces to the series, especially its opening, with mirroring simmetries. An effect I’m particulary proud of is the one where colour explodes and “glitches down”, a reference to the verse in the song “like Salvador Dalì”. You know, dripping clocks, dripping colours. I think it works.
